SamTrans accepts the following Bay Area public transit agencies' valid fare documents on any SamTrans fixed-route service as indicated:

31-day AC Transit pass holders receive a local/express fare credit on SamTrans within 2 hours of first boarding and tagging their Clipper card on AC Transit or by presenting an inter-agency voucher, available by request from AC Transit operators. |

Caltrain Monthly Pass customers, with two or more zones, receive a local/express fare credit on any SamTrans bus at any time. |

| Dumbarton Express |
Dumbarton Express 31-Day Pass customers receive a local/express fare credit if they board SamTrans within 2 hours of first boarding and tagging their Clipper card on DB Express. |

| VTA |
VTA Monthly Pass customers receive a local/express fare credit if they board SamTrans within 2 hours of first boarding and tagging their Clipper card on VTA. |
To be eligible for interagency transfer discounts, customers must have at least one cent cash value loaded onto their Clipper card in addition to their passes. Without the positive cash balance on Clipper, customers will be required to pay the full fare in cash, losing the transfer discount.
