Take SamTrans to the San Mateo County Fair
The San Mateo County Fair is coming to the San Mateo County Event Center and SamTrans is your best bet to get to one of summer’s most anticipated events.
SamTrans is a sponsor of the fair, which runs through this Sunday, June 12. Peninsula residents can get to the fair, which opens at 11 a.m., without the stress and worries of traffic by taking public transportation. The fairgrounds are served by SamTrans Routes ECR and 292, with stops located nearby.
SamTrans is hosting a booth at the fair near the South Delaware Street entrance, and will have a bus on display at the event center for attendees to view. SamTrans’ staff will be on site to talk about bus service, trip planning, programs and projects. In addition, Human Resources will be available to discuss current career opportunities with the bus agency. Anyone who visits the booth may receive a squishy SamTrans toy bus, branded face covering and other swag, while supplies last.
For schedule and fare information or for help planning your trip, call 1-800-660-4287 (TTY 650-508-6448) or visit www.samtrans.com.
