On Sunday, August 6, SamTrans will be adjusting several of its schedules and routes to improve frequency and service for our riders. SamTrans will also resume school-oriented routes for students who rely on SamTrans during the school year.
Some key changes to improve on-time performance include adjusting schedules for routes 110, 141, 142, 260, 270, 292, 294, and 397. School-oriented service between Moonridge Apartments/Miramontes, Half Moon Bay High School and Manuel F. Cunha Intermediate School will become Route 15. Route 15 will also serve areas west of Highway 1 including Hatch Elementary School. Trips traveling between Montara and Half Moon Bay will continue to be served by Route 18. For new schedules, please visit https://www.samtrans.com/scheduleupdates.
SamTrans continues to implement its Reimagine SamTrans service plan with improved frequency, expanded operating hours and route alignment changes. SamTrans reviews and adjusts its service and schedules four times a year to keep up with the needs of the community and improve performance for riders. The next schedule change will occur in November 2023.
