Lost and Found
SamTrans collects and logs items left on buses and Redi-Wheel vehicles, except if it's perishable (food). If you left something on a bus or Redi-Wheels, complete the form to report the lost item. It takes approximately 48 hours to process found items. If your item is found, SamTrans will contact you.

- Ticket booth Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
- Closed: Ticket booth will close: 10am-10:15am, 12pm-12:30pm, 2:30pm-2:45pm
- Ticket booth closed on holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

Cash fares require exact change. No change cards or refunds are issued for overpayment.
