SamTrans has enjoyed operating special football express service to Candlestick Park for more than a quarter-century. However, due to changes in federal charter bus rules that affect public transit agencies such as SamTrans, we are no longer able to operate the service.

A private charter company – Silverado Stages – plans to provide the service along the same six routes that SamTrans has operated. The company has been talking with the 49ers, which has reinforced the high level of service that our customers expect and deserve.
